This Privacy Notice explains how ClaimPulse Ai ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our service (the "Service"). ClaimPulse Ai acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Service.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email address, login credentials.
- Content you submit: claim details, denial reasons, clinical notes, and other information you enter to generate appeal letters.
- Support communications: messages you send us.
- Usage & telemetry: pages viewed, features used, error logs.
- Device data: browser type, device identifiers, IP address.
Payment card data is collected directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and is not stored by us.
2. How We Use Data
- Create and manage your account (contract performance).
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service (contract performance and legitimate interests).
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and secure the Service (legitimate interests and legal obligation).
- Respond to support requests (contract performance).
- Send service-related communications; marketing only with your consent.
3. Legal Basis
We process personal data on the basis of performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and — where required — your consent.
4. How We Share Data
- Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, analytics, error monitoring, and support tooling providers who process data on our behalf.
- Merchant of Record: Paddle, for sale of the Service, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- AI processing providers: the model providers used to generate appeal letter drafts from the content you submit.
- Authentication providers: Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Professional advisers: legal and accounting advisers under duties of confidentiality.
- Authorities: where required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this notice, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
